About Dr. Frank J. DeLeo
Dr. Frank DeLeo and his wife, Dawn, live in North Richland Hills, Texas. They have four sons and five grandchildren. His passion remains sharing the love of Jesus Christ and for his family. Frank is also passionate about the game of baseball, which he continues to play to this day.
He is the founding pastor of Trinity Point Church in Richland Hills, Texas. He is also proud to serve as the chaplain for the Richland Hills, Texas, police and fire departments. He is the author of three previous books: Separated by the Cross, Families Bound by the Cross, and Jesus Said, Follow Me.
Frank also has a great desire to help fathers, particularly those who are estranged from their children, through his ministry called “RestoreDads,” which was the focus of his dissertation. Frank obtained his doctor of ministry (DMin) from Liberty University in 2024 and is certified as a critical incident stress management (CISM) responder. He works with the RH police and fire departments, as well as surrounding community agencies, to help mitigate the impact of critical events and accelerate the recovery process.
Frank has also served as a missionary in Nicaragua, where he helped reach children and adults with the Gospel through the game of baseball.
Prior to his calling into the ministry, Frank was a senior executive with Citigroup, where he led operations in the West with success.
